FAQS

  • Do you have a physical location?
    We do have an office space. We are not currently open to the public uness specified for your project. We have a small studio space that can accomodate professional headshots and green screen video production
  • Where and how can I pay?
    Below are the 4 ways to pay Precision 1. You can pay directly within the invoice with a credit card or debit card! 2. You can pay us via PayPal. Just ask for our information! 3. Checks are only accepted from businesses/nonprofit organizations. Cash will NOT be accepted.
  • How do I book with Precision?
    Booking with us is simple! We will send a proposal after we've discussed the services you would like. On the proposal you will be able to review the services, sign the contract and pay the retainer. We require a 50% retainer (Non-refundable) and the remaining payment is due the day of your event at the beginning. Precision Productions is not liable to film your event without full payment.
  • How far in advanced should I book?
    Booking 1 month in advance is always ideal, however, we will accept anything within 48 hours if our schedule allows. Just keep in mind that full payment is due upfront for anything booked 1 week or under, NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • Will there be a contract involved?
    Yes, for your protection and ours there will always be a contract involved. We strive to keep the contracts as short as possible so reading it through completely is encouraged. This helps keep clarity between both parties.
  • How long does it take to receive my photos/videos?
    For each project, there is a 4-6 week turn around. if your project is complete sooner you will receive it right away, no need to wait! Also, you can always expedite your delivery for an additional fee.
  • Why don't you have a pricing page?
    We offer a variety of services, and to be honest the clutter of the price page was really bothersome. Also, each project is unique and will result in a different price based on the hours worked and specific needs of the client. If you are in need of our services, head to our contact page to inquire and we will send a quote and schedule a follow-up phone call.
  • Are you hiring?
    Yes! We are always accepting applications for "on-call" positions or internships. These positions are contract-based. If you are interested, head over to our contact page and fill out a form and we will contact you soon.
